Help! I messed up on my order.
If you find yourself in easily one of the worst situations in online shopping, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by filling out our contact form and we will get everything resolved for you as soon as possible. Please note that group buy orders cannot be cancelled once purchased, but if you need a change made, contact us before groupbuy ends, and we'll see what we can do.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel an order, then please use our contact form on the website. Unfortunately, groupbuys, preorders, and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

How do I return an order?
Returns are done on a case by case basis. Please, check the product page of the item that you plan to return for a complete return policy for that item. If you have any issues, then please reach out to us via the contact us form on the website.

What are your shipping times?
Processing times will vary between 1 to 3 business days. Group buy fulfillment will take longer due to large amount of items that come in at once. We will always state the lead time needed on the Group Buy page for shipping.
Please be aware that shipping can take longer due to current events and COVID.

Do you provide tracking?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive and email letting you know that it's shipped along with tracking information. Alternatively if you use Shop Pay you can track all your orders placed with Shop Pay through their app.
